Who We Are The Direct Marketing Association of Singapore (DMAS) is a non-profit trade organisation established in 1983 to facilitate the development of direct marketing infrastructure, promote and protect DMAS members' interests, share information and ideas on direct marketing. Our mission is to enhance the growth and profitability of member organisations and their adherence to high ethical standards of practice.
DMAS safeguards members' interests by constantly seeking to raise the stature and standards of direct marketing and building consumer trust and confidence in the discipline.
A wide range of activities including seminars, exhibitions, forums, orientation visits and other social get-togethers are held regularly to allow direct marketing professionals to keep abreast of industry trends and developments in Singapore and the region. Visit our Events page to find out more.

Serving Singapore and Asia The association also serves as a springboard to Asia for companies interested in conducting direct marketing campaigns in the region. Constant dialogue is maintained with the government and industry bodies such as International Enterprise Singapore, aligned to ongoing efforts to develop Singapore into a regional hub for direct marketing. A DMAS member serves on the Advertising Standards committee (ASAS), and the DMAS Seal of Integrity is supported by the Consumer Association of Singapore (CASE).
Our Members DMAS members include banks, insurance companies, charitable organisations, publishers, IT companies, retail stores, utility providers, telecommunication companies, home shopping companies and suppliers of specialist direct marketing services. Membership is categorized into two broad segments: Direct Marketing Users and Direct Marketing Service Providers.
